Keillen, a boy with immense power at his side and a disregard for subtlety ventures deep into the night, prepared to fend off any that would bring harm to the innocent. With self-proclaimed justification, he plans to become the world's next great superhero! After picking up on a police call asking for officers to investigate nearby docks, he blasts off hoping to be first at the scene.
