Marvel published this 4 issue mini series of Phantom 2040 based on the hit TV series with the same name. These issues however were having stories different from the TV series. The Phantom here is the 24th in the lineage and is taking on the battle against evil in the year 2040 in the Metropia city. His primary battle is against Maximum inc., the most powerful corporation whose aim to take over the whole world. The suit of the Phantom is very advanced. The Phantom takes on the world with the thought activated smart guns and the flying hypercycle!
