'Fallen Angel' follows Lee as she moves to the mysterious city of Bete Noire.Though published by DC Comics' main imprint, Fallen Angel was a creator-owned series and, after its cancellation, Peter David took the series to IDW where a new volume was published.
While still being published by DC, the series was strongly implied to be a continuation of David's run onSupergirl, which had recently come to an end, though any potential for that to be true was lost when the series was brought to IDW.
